Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Identify growth opportunities and develop business strategies in collaboration with sales, marketing, and product teams.
- Manage relationships with existing and new clients, understand their needs, and provide suitable solutions.
- Prepare value propositions and coordinate with technical and financial teams to prepare project designs, costs, and economic feasibility studies.
- Analyze clients' financial organizational structures and provide strategic recommendations to increase market share.
- Participate in and pave the way for the negotiation process on agreements and contracts, ensuring compliance with terms and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare periodic reports on performance and initiative results, and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Collaborate with analytical and coordination teams to build and successfully implement projects.
Qualifications and Requirements
- University degree in Economics, Finance, Political Science, or Marketing (Bachelor's / License) with a necessary background in finance and negotiations.
- No prior experience required, but must have the aptitude and passion for the work.
- Proficiency in written and spoken Arabic and English.
- Business analysis skills, understanding of financial and commercial sales mechanisms, and the ability to translate needs into tangible solutions.
- Ability to work independently and under pressure, with high organizational and planning skills.
- Ability to negotiate, build relationships, and work within a multidisciplinary team.
- Familiarity with the basics of Microsoft Office tools; preference for experience in Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems.
