Partnership Building and Real Estate Marketing Officer - Real Estate (Remote)

Ana Luxury Real Estate is seeking to hire a Remote Real Estate Partnerships & Marketing Officer to lead the development of strategic partnerships with developers and brokers, and contribute to the execution of real estate marketing activities that support brand growth and increase sales and leasing opportunities in the luxury real estate sector within and outside the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

The position is remote and suitable for individuals capable of building relationships, opening new channels, and working independently to achieve clear results.

Skills

Partnership Building and Business Development

• Researching and building strategic partnerships with real estate developers, brokers, and related companies.
• Communicating and building long-term professional relationships.
• Negotiating cooperation models (sales – leasing – referrals).
• Following up on and activating partnership agreements and achieving agreed-upon goals.
• Opening new business channels inside and outside the Kingdom.

Real Estate Marketing

• Contributing to the planning and execution of real estate marketing campaigns.
• Coordinating remotely with advertising and design teams.
• Developing marketing content for properties (descriptions, offers, campaigns).
• Monitoring campaign performance and analyzing results.
• Supporting the building of the brand's marketing identity.

Experience in business development, partnerships, or real estate marketing.
A network of contacts in the real estate field (a strong advantage).
High negotiation and relationship-building skills.
Understanding of the fundamentals of digital real estate marketing.
Ability to work remotely and independently.
Professional communication and writing skills.
