We are looking for a passionate and professional business owner with experience in business management and local market requirements to work as a team leader and strategic planner for the enterprise, while adhering to regulatory, financial, and tax systems.

Key Responsibilities and Duties

  • Setting the overall vision and strategy for the enterprise and defining short, medium, and long-term goals.
  • Managing daily operations to ensure operational efficiency and improve profit margins.
  • Managing human resources, recruitment, and professional development of employees with a focus on corporate culture.
  • Preparing and managing the budget, financial control, and periodic reports for senior management and regulatory bodies.
  • Coordinating with clients, suppliers, and business partners to ensure the implementation of agreements and achieve customer satisfaction.
  • Complying with municipal regulations and local systems and adhering to safety and quality standards.
  • Contributing to the development of marketing and sales plans and building a network of strategic relationships.
  • Monitoring market performance, analyzing competitors, and identifying growth opportunities and mitigating risks.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • University qualification in a relevant field (at most a Bachelor's degree).
  • Proven practical experience in leading an enterprise or business unit within the Saudi market.
  • Deep understanding of Saudi regulatory, financial, and tax requirements.
  • High leadership and communication skills, and the ability to make strategic decisions.
  • Ability to plan, analyze, set budgets, and forecast financially.
  • Familiarity with information technology systems, accounting systems, and analysis tools.
