The Business Developer is responsible for identifying new growth opportunities, building strategic relationships with clients and partners, and developing services and products to increase revenue and enhance the company's market presence. They work closely with sales and management teams to achieve strategic objectives.
Job Responsibilities
Market and Opportunity Analysis: Study the market and competitors, identify new opportunities for growth and expansion, and propose initiatives that contribute to business development and increased market share.
Relationship and Partnership Development: Build and develop long-term relationships with potential clients and partners, and represent the company professionally, enhancing its image and credibility in the market.
Acquiring New Clients: Research and engage with new clients, presenting offers and business plans tailored to their needs and contributing to the company's objectives.
Developing Offers and Services: Participate in preparing and developing commercial offers and services that align with market demands and client needs.
Coordination with Internal Teams: Work with sales, marketing, and project teams to ensure the execution of agreed-upon opportunities and deliver the best possible customer experience.
Reporting and Follow-up: Prepare periodic reports on business opportunities, progress, and achieved results, and submit them to management for informed decision-making.
Achieving Growth Goals: Contribute to the achievement of defined growth and revenue targets, and monitor key performance indicators related to business development.
Improving Customer Experience: Monitor customer satisfaction after contracts are signed and work to develop relationships to ensure continuity and build future opportunities.
Required: Minimum 3 years of experience, Bachelor's degree.
