Required: Finance Manager (CFO / Finance Manager)

Job Overview:

We are looking for a professional finance manager with strong experience in the real estate and contracting sector to lead the financial management of the company, overseeing financial planning, attracting financing from banks and investors, managing the company's real estate assets, and enhancing returns on assets, managing risks, and overseeing cash flows, controlling costs, and strengthening financial capabilities to support the company's growth and sustainability.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in finance or accounting (Master's or MBA preferred)
• Professional certifications such as CPA / CMA / SOCPA (strong additional advantage)
• Experience of no less than 8-12 years, including at least 3 years in a leadership position
• Direct experience in contracting or real estate companies (essential requirement)
• Deep understanding of project cost management and cash flow in projects
• Proficiency in financial systems, with experience in Odoo or ERP Systems preferred
• Strong analytical skills and ability to make decisions
