Financial Planning & Reporting Manager

We are looking for a high-caliber Financial Planning & Reporting Manager to join our Finance team and partner closely with senior leadership in driving financial performance, planning, and strategic decision-making across the group.

🎯 Key Responsibilities

* Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting processes across business units

* Prepare and deliver monthly, quarterly, and annual management & group reports

* Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable insights to improve profitability and cost efficiency

* Develop and enhance financial models, dashboards, and reporting tools

* Oversee group consolidation and ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards

* Partner with Business Unit leaders to align financial goals with operational objectives

* Support the implementation and optimization of ERP systems

* Ensure compliance with regulatory and internal financial policies

* Coach and develop finance team members
