Sales Manager

A Sales Manager is needed for the plastic film sector.

Key requirements for the position:

* Experience: Minimum of 5 years in the plastic sector, preferably in the sales of packaging materials.

* Sector: Direct experience in the sales of plastic films, specifically polyethylene (PE) and cast polypropylene (CPP).

* Industry Knowledge: Comprehensive understanding of the requirements and market of the flexible packaging industry.

* Geographical Reach: Extensive experience in managing sales and developing business in the Arab markets and North Africa.

Main Responsibilities:

* Develop and implement strategies and sales plans to achieve the company's sales objectives.

* Expand the customer base and reach new markets in the Arab region and North Africa.

* Manage the sales team, providing training and motivation to ensure optimal performance.

* Build strong and lasting relationships with existing and potential clients in the flexible packaging sector.

* Analyze market data and competitors to identify new opportunities for products.
