Irrigation Plumbing Technician

Install, maintain, and repair irrigation systems, ensuring optimal water distribution and conservation.

Diagnose and troubleshoot system malfunctions, identifying root causes of leaks, pressure issues, or coverage problems.

Perform routine inspections of sprinkler heads, valves, controllers, and backflow preventers to ensure functionality.

Operate trenching equipment and hand tools safely for pipe installation and system modifications.

Possess a high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in plumbing or irrigation is a plus.

Hold relevant certifications such as Certified Irrigation Technician (CIT) or EPA Backflow Prevention Assembly Tester.

Have 10 years of hands-on experience in installing and repairing commercial or residential irrigation systems.

Demonstrate proficiency in diagnosing and fixing common irrigation system issues.
