We are looking for a high-energy and results-driven Sales Manager to join our growing water delivery business. This role is ideal for someone with strong field sales and account management experience in the 5-gallon bulk water category. The ideal candidate deeply understands the unique dynamics of recurring route delivery, corporate contract negotiation, and water dispenser leasing, and can drive immediate commercial growth across B2B corporate offices, the HORECA sector, and residential subscription networks.
You will be responsible for driving sales performance, expanding fleet route coverage, building strong client relationships for recurring volume, and ensuring seamless contract execution. This role involves maximizing asset utilization (coolers and dispensers) while working closely with operations, logistics, route drivers, and finance teams.
Responsibilities
Set & Track KPIs: Establish and monitor clear performance metrics across both the production plant and the sales team.
Retention & Churn Analytics: Analyze route performance, monitor competitor pricing, track account consumption habits, and maintain deep client relationships to minimize account churn.
Cash Flow & Forecasting: Oversee timely invoicing, collections, and bottle deposit accounts while ensuring accurate sales forecasting and financial reporting.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Serve as the central bridge driving seamless collaboration between the factory, logistics, sales, and finance teams.
Experience: 5+ years of senior leadership experience in the 5-gallon bulk water, HOD (Home & Office Delivery), or commercial route-services industry, with a proven track record of managing full business operations.
Commercial Drive: Proven ability to manage a P&L, achieve revenue targets, and scale high-volume B2B, corporate, and HORECA accounts.
Operations & Supply Chain: Strong understanding of end-to-end operations, including factory production management, sourcing, quality compliance, and fleet/delivery logistics.
Efficiency & Optimization: Demonstrated success in setting KPIs, improving route-to-market density, reducing operational waste, and maximizing asset utilization (dispenser/cooler placements and empty bottle returns).
Leadership & Collaboration: Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to manage and develop a field sales team while driving cross-functional collaboration between factory, logistics, and finance.
Communication: Strong negotiation skills with corporate procurement and facilities partners; fluency in English required.
