Sales Representative – B2B Sales & Marketing

Smile Agents is seeking a confident, experienced, and results-driven Sales Representative with strong sales capabilities and marketing knowledge to join our growing team in Riyadh.

The ideal candidate should have a proven ability to acquire new customers, manage and maintain existing client relationships, negotiate effectively, and successfully close sales. We are looking for a professional with a strong presence, excellent communication skills, and a clear understanding of customer needs and market opportunities.

The role requires an individual who can manage the complete sales cycle, contribute to marketing and promotional activities, and build long-term business relationships. Candidates must demonstrate strong commercial awareness, persistence, and the ability to handle client objections and challenges professionally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify new business opportunities and actively generate sales leads.
• Build, manage, and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
• Conduct client visits, product presentations, negotiations, and sales follow-ups.
• Manage the complete sales cycle, from initial contact to closing and after-sales follow-up.
• Support marketing initiatives, product promotions, and brand awareness activities.
• Understand customer needs, handle objections, and develop effective sales solutions.
• Achieve sales targets and maintain accurate CRM records and sales reports.
• Collaborate with colleagues and management to support business growth.

Working Hours:

• Sunday to Thursday
• 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
