Commercial Projects Sales Specialist

We are CREATIVE, a leader in commercial contracting, interior fit-out, and restaurant and café solutions. We are expanding our operations and seeking a distinguished Commercial Projects Sales Specialist to enhance our team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct regular field visits to companies, engineering offices, consultants, and new project owners to introduce our company profile and showcase our previous work.

• Build strong relationships with investors and project managers to generate new opportunities in the retail and hospitality sectors.

• Follow up with potential clients from the initial meeting, present proposals, and finalize negotiations leading to contract signing.

• Manage and track all clients, tasks, and deals through the company's dedicated smart work platform APEXES (apexes-sa.com).

• Work towards specific monthly and quarterly targets to ensure sales growth.

Benefits:

• Basic salary: 3,500 SAR monthly.

• Commission structure: Commission ranging from (1.0% - 2.5%) of the value of signed contracts based on achieving targets.
