Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in Riyadh for a Sales and Marketing Specialist. The Specialist will be responsible for executing sales strategies, managing client relationships, delivering excellent customer service, and overseeing sales management activities. The role involves close collaboration with internal teams to ensure that client expectations are met and exceeded.

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach potential clients participating in exhibitions, conferences, and corporate events
  • Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold outreach, networking, and industry engagement
  • Build and maintain a structured sales pipeline
  • Schedule meetings and present company services professionally
  • Follow up consistently and convert prospects into confirmed projects
  • Support proposal preparation and commercial discussions

Industry Engagement

  • Monitor upcoming exhibitions and major events across Saudi Arabia
  • Approach exhibitors and sponsors proactively
  • Develop strong relationships with event organizers and key industry stakeholders

Marketing Support

  • Contribute to company presentations and promotional initiatives
  • Support brand positioning activities to strengthen market presence

Requirements

  • Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Proven Sales and Sales Management experience
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Strong follow-up discipline and ability to work under pressure
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to build lasting client relationships
  • Relevant qualifications in sales, marketing, or a related field
  • Experience in the events industry is a plus
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Communication, or related area
