Senior Water Treatment Plant Technician

Oversee daily operations of advanced water treatment processes, ensuring consistent compliance with stringent quality standards and regulatory mandates.

Lead and mentor junior technicians, providing expert guidance on operational procedures, troubleshooting complex issues, and safety protocols.

Perform advanced diagnostics and calibration of sophisticated treatment equipment, utilizing SCADA systems and analytical instruments to optimize performance.

Manage chemical inventory and dosing systems, accurately calculating and applying treatment chemicals to achieve optimal water quality and cost-efficiency.

Leads water treatment operations, testing, and plant maintenance.

Possession of a High School Diploma or GED; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Environmental Science, Chemistry, or a related field is highly preferred.

Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in water treatment plant operations, with a strong track record of handling complex systems.

Possession of a valid Grade II or higher Water Treatment Operator Certification from a recognized regulatory body.

Proficiency in operating and troubleshooting various water treatment technologies, including filtration, disinfection, and chemical feed systems.
