Water Treatment Plant Technician Helper

Assist senior technicians in monitoring and operating water treatment equipment, ensuring optimal performance and water quality.

Perform routine checks and basic maintenance on pumps, filters, and chemical feed systems, reporting any anomalies promptly.

Collect water samples at various stages of the treatment process for laboratory analysis, adhering to strict sampling protocols.

Help maintain accurate operational logs and records, documenting readings, actions taken, and any issues encountered.

High School Diploma or GED required; a certificate or degree in environmental science or a related field is a plus.

Previous experience in an industrial or utility setting, preferably in water or wastewater treatment, is advantageous.

Possession of a valid driver's license and a clean driving record.

Basic understanding of water treatment processes and chemical principles.
