Construction Manager ( Aramco Approved )

Core Duties and Responsibilities

• Aramco Compliance & Standards: Enforce full site compliance with Saudi Aramco Engineering Standards (SAES), material specifications, and approved Issued-For-Construction (IFC) drawings. [1, 2]
• HSE & Safety Leadership: Drive a "zero incidents" safety culture, enforcing strict Permit-to-Work (PTW) systems, tool-box talks, and corporate health, safety, and environmental guidelines. [1, 2, 3]
• Schedule & Progress Control: Implement the Construction Execution Plan (CEP), track daily field progress against the master timeline, and clear bottlenecks to prevent delays. [1, 2, 3]
• Team & Subcontractor Oversight: Lead multidisciplinary site teams (Civil, Mechanical, E&I, Piping) and coordinate specialty subcontractors to ensure smooth sequencing of work. [1, 2]

Must have Aramco project experience
