Job description
Develop and implement comprehensive project control strategies aligned with Aramco's standards and project objectives, ensuring robust cost, schedule, and risk management.
Oversee the creation and maintenance of detailed project schedules, identifying critical paths, potential delays, and proposing mitigation strategies to maintain project timelines.
Manage and control project budgets, meticulously tracking expenditures, forecasting costs, and identifying variances to ensure financial adherence and optimize resource allocation.
Establish and maintain effective reporting mechanisms, providing accurate and timely progress updates, performance analysis, and forecast information to project stakeholders and Aramco management.
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field from a recognized university.
Minimum of 10-15 years of progressive experience in project controls, specifically within the oil and gas or petrochemical industry.
Proven experience working on mega-projects or complex projects with Aramco or similar major clients, demonstrating a deep understanding of their requirements.
Professional certification such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or CCP (Certified Cost Professional) is highly desirable.
