Sr. Construction Manager ( Aramco Approved )

Oversee and manage all construction activities on-site, ensuring adherence to Aramco's stringent standards and project specifications.

Develop, implement, and enforce comprehensive project schedules, meticulously tracking progress and proactively mitigating delays.

Lead and mentor multidisciplinary construction teams, fostering a collaborative environment focused on safety, quality, and productivity.

Manage construction budgets effectively, controlling costs, approving expenditures, and ensuring financial objectives are met.

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field; Master's degree preferred.

Minimum of 15 years of progressive experience in large-scale industrial construction, with a significant portion focused on Aramco projects.

Valid Aramco approval for the Senior Construction Manager role is mandatory.

Professional certifications such as PMP, PE, or equivalent are highly desirable.
