IT Operations Lead

1. IT Operations Management

o Oversee IT infrastructure, including servers, networks, storage, backups and cloud systems.

o Manage IT assets, licensing and inventory across the organization.

o Coordinate system upgrades, patch management and preventive maintenance.

o Manage vendor relationships for hardware, software and service contracts.

1. Team Leadership & Collaboration

o Supervise IT support and operations staff, providing guidance, task delegation and performance management.

o Lead incident management, root cause analysis and resolution of critical IT issues.

o Develop training plans and skill-building initiatives for IT operations staff.

o Lead regular operations reviews and status reporting to senior management.

• Bachelor’s degree in: Computer Science, Information Technology or a related computer field.
• Solid understanding of IT infrastructure, system administration and operational best practices.
• 7+ years of experience in IT operations or infrastructure roles, with at least 1–2 years in a supervisory capacity.
• Proven ability to lead technical teams and handle IT service delivery.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Effective communication and stakeholder coordination abilities.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
