Business Manager – IT

We are seeking an enterprising and results-driven Business Manager to lead and expand our IT sector operations in Saudi Arabia. In this autonomous role, you will be fully responsible for business acquisition and market penetration. Your primary objective will be to identify, negotiate, and secure new IT project contracts across software development, UI/UX design, infrastructure solutions, and IT consultancy. This position is ideally suited for a self-motivated professional who excels in a performance-driven environment and seeks a compensation structure that rewards successful business generation.

Key Responsibilities • Business Development:

Identify and secure new B2B and B2C IT project opportunities within the local small-to-medium enterprise (SME) segment. • Pipeline Management: Oversee the complete sales lifecycle, utilizing cold outreach, professional networking, and inbound lead optimization to close deals. • Proposal & Tender Management: Lead the preparation and submission of comprehensive commercial proposals, quotations, and formal RFP responses. • Client Relationship Management: Establish and maintain strong long-term relationships with local business owners and key corporate stakeholders. • Strategic Growth: Monitor local market trends to identify emerging commercial opportunities within the broader Saudi IT landscape (excluding cybersecurity).
