Generator Electrical Technician

• Perform routine maintenance and diagnostic testing on generator electrical systems to ensure optimal performance and prevent failures.
• Troubleshoot and repair complex electrical faults in generator control panels, switchgear, and associated equipment, minimizing downtime.
• Install, commission, and test new generator sets and associated electrical infrastructure according to specifications and safety standards.
• Conduct preventative maintenance on generator components, including voltage regulators, exciters, and battery systems, adhering to manufacturer guidelines.
• Interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical manuals to accurately diagnose issues and implement effective repairs.

Maintains and repairs generator mechanical and electrical systems.
