Generators Work Foreman

Lead and supervise a team of generator technicians, ensuring efficient and safe execution of all maintenance and repair tasks.

Develop and implement comprehensive preventive maintenance schedules for a diverse fleet of generators, minimizing downtime and operational costs.

Diagnose complex mechanical and electrical issues in generators, providing expert guidance and hands-on support for troubleshooting and repairs.

Manage inventory of spare parts and consumables, optimizing stock levels to ensure timely availability for critical repairs.

Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent; vocational training or associate's degree in electrical or mechanical technology is a plus.

Hold relevant certifications such as Certified Generator Technician (CGT) or equivalent industry-recognized credentials.

Minimum of 8 years of hands-on experience in the maintenance, repair, and troubleshooting of diesel and natural gas generators.

Proven experience in a leadership or supervisory role within the power generation or heavy equipment industry.
