Telephone and Network Technician

Install, configure, and maintain telephone systems, including PBX, VoIP, and related hardware, ensuring seamless communication for users.

Diagnose and resolve complex network and telecommunication issues, minimizing downtime and maintaining service quality.

Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on network infrastructure, including routers, switches, and cabling, to ensure optimal performance and security.

Test and troubleshoot network connectivity, voice quality, and data transmission problems, utilizing diagnostic tools and equipment.

Possess a High School Diploma or equivalent; Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a technical field is a plus.

Hold relevant certifications such as CompTIA Network+, CCNA, or equivalent telecommunication certifications.

Demonstrate 5 years of hands-on experience in installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining telecommunication and network systems.

Experience working within a corporate or service provider environment, understanding enterprise-level infrastructure.
