Senior Telephone Network Technician

Lead the installation, configuration, and maintenance of complex voice and data network infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.

Diagnose and resolve advanced network issues, including circuit failures, IP telephony problems, and PBX system malfunctions, minimizing downtime.

Implement and manage network security protocols to protect voice communications from unauthorized access and cyber threats.

Oversee upgrades and migrations of network hardware and software, meticulously planning and executing to avoid service disruption.

Possess an Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.

Hold relevant industry certifications such as CCNA Voice, CCNP Voice, or CompTIA Network+.

Demonstrate 5-7+ years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and troubleshooting enterprise voice and data networks.

Proficiency in configuring and managing Cisco, Avaya, or other leading PBX and VoIP systems.
