Senior Telephone Network Switchboards Technician

Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of complex PBX and VoIP systems, ensuring seamless communication flow.

Troubleshoot and resolve advanced network connectivity and switchboard hardware/software issues, minimizing downtime.

Develop and implement proactive maintenance schedules for switchboard infrastructure to prevent potential failures.

Lead system upgrades and migrations, meticulously planning and executing to maintain operational continuity.

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications, Computer Science, or a related field.

Minimum of 10 years of hands-on experience managing and maintaining enterprise-level telephone switchboard systems.

Possession of industry-recognized certifications such as CCNA Voice, CCNP Collaboration, or equivalent.

Proven expertise in troubleshooting and configuring various PBX platforms (e.g., Avaya, Cisco, Mitel) and VoIP technologies.
