Cost & Control Accountant

Shawarma & Sweets Company – Mecca announces a vacancy for:

Cost & Control Accountant – Restaurant Sector.

Essential Requirement: Direct experience in the restaurant sector is mandatory.

Overall experience should not be less than 5 years in accounting and costing, including at least 3 years in the restaurant sector.

Main Responsibilities:

• Review Food Cost and Recipe Costing.

• Analyze actual costs against theoretical costs (Actual vs Theoretical).

• Monitor inventory and wastage and discrepancies.

• Track changes in market prices and their impact on costs.

• Analyze product profitability and menu items and applications of communication.

• Prepare cost and profitability reports and early warning alerts about discrepancies.

• Work on ERP, POS systems, and Excel.

Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related financial specialization.

Location: Mecca.

Salary: Will be determined based on experience and competency.
