Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Achieve assigned monthly sales and distribution targets.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing customers, including supermarkets, hypermarkets, wholesalers, groceries (baqalas), and retail outlets.
- Identify and onboard new customers within the assigned territory.
- Conduct regular market visits to maximize product availability, visibility, and shelf presence.
- Execute promotions and merchandising activities to support brand growth.
- Monitor stock levels and coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely deliveries.
- Collect market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing, promotions, and customer trends.
- Ensure timely collection of payments and maintain accurate customer records.
- Prepare daily call reports, sales reports, and market feedback for management.
- Resolve customer concerns promptly while maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Represent the company professionally and uphold strong relationships with customers.
