We’re hiring a high-energy Sales Executive to grow our Foodservice / HORECA business in Jeddah for a global FMCG principal. If you know the market, can open doors, and can turn relationships into repeat orders, this one’s for you.
What you’ll do
- Own and grow a portfolio of Foodservice / HORECA accounts (hotels, restaurants, cafés, catering, QSR)
- Drive volume, distribution, visibility, and execution across your territory
- Build strong relationships with chefs, buyers, procurement, and outlet managers
- Manage the full sales cycle: prospecting, listing, negotiation, promotions, order capture, and follow-up
- Work closely with van sales / route-to-market teams (where applicable) to ensure availability and on-shelf execution
- Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends and feed insights back to the team
- Deliver against monthly targets, call plans, and KPIs with clean reporting and discipline
What we’re looking for
- Proven experience in FMCG distribution within Food Services / HORECA in Saudi (Jeddah experience is a big plus)
- Strong “hunter + farmer” mindset: can win new accounts and grow existing ones
- Comfortable working with salesmen / van sales teams and route coverage where needed
- Solid commercial skills: negotiation, promotions, pricing, and account management
- Confident communicator in English (Arabic is a strong advantage)
- Self-starter with pace, resilience, and a proper ownership mentality
