We are looking for a dynamic and self-driven Outdoor Sales Executive to join our FMCG Non-Food distribution team in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. The ideal candidate will have strong field sales experience, excellent customer relationship skills, and the ability to achieve sales targets in a competitive market.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct daily outdoor sales visits to retail outlets, supermarkets, hypermarkets, and wholesalers.
Promote and sell FMCG non-food products (such as household items, personal care, cleaning products,Apparel,Home Textiles, Garments, etc.).
Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and KPIs.
Identify new business opportunities and expand customer base within assigned territory.
Ensure proper product display, visibility, and shelf placement in stores.
Monitor competitor activity, pricing, and market trends.
Collect orders, follow up on deliveries, and ensure timely fulfillment.
Maintain accurate sales reports, visit reports, and customer records.
Ensure adherence to company pricing, credit, and collection policies.
2–5 years of proven outdoor sales experience in FMCG (Non-Food preferred).
Strong knowledge of KSA retail market and routes (preferred).
Excellent negotiation and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and meet sales targets.
Valid Saudi driving license is mandatory.
Transferable Iqama preferred (if applicable).
Arabic and English communication skills will be an advantage.
