Site Manager

Oversee daily site operations, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and building codes while managing on-site staff effectively.

Develop and maintain project schedules, coordinating with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely completion of project milestones.

Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, identify issues, and implement corrective measures promptly.

Manage the project budget, tracking expenses and ensuring that the project remains within financial constraints.

A bachelor’s degree in construction management, civil engineering, or a related field is preferred to ensure a strong foundational knowledge.

At least 7 years of relevant work experience in construction or site management roles, demonstrating a proven track record of successful project delivery.

Possession of industry-specific certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional) or SMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) is highly desirable.

Experience in managing large-scale construction projects, showcasing the ability to handle complexity and high-stakes environments.
