Field QA/QC Engineer

Conduct on-site inspections and testing of materials and workmanship to verify compliance with project specifications and industry standards.

Develop and implement comprehensive Quality Control (QC) plans tailored to specific construction projects, ensuring adherence to all quality requirements.

Document all inspection activities, test results, and non-conformities, maintaining accurate and organized project records for traceability.

Collaborate closely with project managers, site supervisors, and contractors to address quality issues promptly and implement corrective actions.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Civil) or a related technical field.

Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in Quality Assurance/Quality Control within the construction or manufacturing industry.

Professional certifications such as Certified Quality Engineer (CQE) or Six Sigma Green/Black Belt are highly advantageous.

Proven expertise in reading and interpreting blueprints, technical specifications, and relevant codes (e.g., ASTM, ISO, ASME).
