Act as a communication link between executive management and internal departments.
Monitor office performance and ensure smooth workflow across departments.
Support management in strategic planning and operational coordination.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive company information and documents.
Coordinate travel arrangements, appointments, and business events when required.
Assist in handling project documentation and contractor/client communications.
Highly professional and presentable personality.
Minimum 7+ years of experience in Executive Office Management.
Proven experience within contracting/construction companies.
Strong knowledge of project coordination and construction operations.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership and decision-making abilities.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and work under pressure.
Highly organized with excellent time management skills.
Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
Fluent in English; Arabic is an advantage.
Strong reporting, documentation, and follow-up skills.
Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally.
