The Technical Discipline Instructor is responsible for delivering high-quality theoretical and practical training within their assigned technical discipline, ensuring learners develop the knowledge, practical skills, behaviours and competencies required to perform safely and effectively within the industrial workplace.
The Instructor will deliver classroom-based instruction, workshop practical exercises and competency-based assessments using approved curricula, training standards and assessment methodologies. The role supports the development of Saudi national workforce capability through structured vocational education and competency assurance programmes aligned with industry best practice.
The Instructor shall promote a positive safety culture, maintain high instructional standards and contribute to continuous improvement across the training programme.
The Technical Discipline Instructor will play a key role in maintaining international accreditations and course standards, driving learner performance, and supporting the successful achievement of project KPIs and client expectations.

Knowledge/ Qualification/ Training/ Certification:
Education
Pathway 1 - Bachelor’s degree or higher in relevant Industrial/Vocational Education, or Engineering/Science, plus minimum 4 years of industrial training experience, at least 2 years preferably in the skill area to be taught.
Or,
Pathway 2 - Associate degree in relevant Industrial/Vocational Education or equivalent qualification, plus minimum 6 years of industrial training experience, at least 2 years preferably in the skill area to be taught.
Or,
Pathway 3 - No formal academic degree, but craft-certified, with minimum 8 years of experience in the specific field, at least 2 years preferably in the skill area to be taught.
Teaching Certification Professional trainer certification
A Professional trainer certification from an internationally recognized certification or licensing organization is preferred.
Language Requirements
English speaker. Arabic language would also be advantageous.
