Job Summary
We are seeking a highly accomplished SAP Sales Manager with over 10 years of proven experience in SAP solution sales within the Saudi Arabian market. The ideal candidate will have a strong track record of achieving and exceeding revenue targets, deep relationships with enterprise customers, and hands-on expertise selling SAP services, licenses, and managed services.
Key Responsibilities
Sales & Revenue Growth
- Own and drive end-to-end SAP sales cycles, from lead generation to deal closure.
- Achieve and exceed annual and quarterly revenue targets.
- Build and manage a strong sales pipeline for SAP projects and services.
- Identify new business opportunities across greenfield, brownfield, and AMS deals.
SAP Solution Selling
Sell SAP offerings including (but not limited to):
- SAP S/4HANA (Implementation, Conversion, Migration)
- SAP AMS / Support Services
- SAP BTP, Integration & Cloud Services
- SAP SuccessFactors, Ariba, EWM, TM, PM, MM, FI/CO, etc.
Work closely with pre-sales and delivery teams to prepare proposals, pricing, and commercial models.
Customer & Account Management
- Develop long-term relationships with CXOs, CIOs, IT Heads, and Procurement teams.
- Manage strategic accounts and ensure customer satisfaction and renewals.
- Negotiate commercial terms, pricing, and contracts while maintaining healthy margins.
Market & Partner Engagement
- Strong understanding of the Saudi market, including government, semi-government, and large enterprises.
- Engage with SAP and ecosystem partners for joint go-to-market initiatives.
- Track competitors, market trends, and customer demands.
Governance & Reporting
- Prepare and present sales forecasts, revenue reports, and pipeline reviews.
- Ensure compliance with company sales processes, legal, and commercial policies.
Required Skills & Qualifications
Mandatory
- 10+ years of SAP sales experience in Saudi Arabia.
- Proven track record of consistent revenue achievement (multi-million SAR deals preferred).
- Strong knowledge of SAP portfolio and pricing models.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong network within KSA enterprise customers.
- Ability to work independently and drive deals end-to-end.
Preferred
- Experience working with SAP Partners / System Integrators.
- Understanding of Saudi procurement processes, RFPs, and government tenders.
- Knowledge of local content, Saudization, and regulatory requirements.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or related field (MBA is a plus).
