Job description
Craft visually stunning and edible art by designing and decorating cakes for various occasions, ensuring each piece reflects the client’s vision.
Master a variety of decoration techniques, including fondant work, piping, and airbrushing, to create unique textures and finishes.
Collaborate with clients to understand their preferences, dietary restrictions, and event themes, ensuring their satisfaction with the final product.
Maintain a clean and organized workspace, adhering to health and safety regulations while handling food ingredients.
High school diploma or equivalent; culinary school certification in pastry or baking is highly preferred.
At least 2 years of hands-on experience in cake decorating or a related baking environment.
Proficiency in multiple cake decoration techniques, including but not limited to buttercream, fondant, and edible painting.
Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
