Cake Chef | Cake Decorator

Our company is looking for a talented cake chef to join our team in Hail, Saudi Arabia. The main responsibility of this role will be preparing and serving high-quality cakes and desserts according to hygiene and food safety standards, with the ability to create new recipes, execute professional decorations, and efficiently manage daily production operations.

Tasks and responsibilities:

Preparing all types of dough for cakes, pastries, and desserts.

• Performing professional cake decorating using creams, fondant, and chocolate.
• Preparing puddings and cold desserts with a consistent level of quality and taste.
• Contributing to the development of new recipes and the improvement of existing products.
• Adhering to hygiene and food safety standards in the kitchen.
• Monitoring the quality of raw materials and ensuring their proper storage.
