Job description
Develop and implement comprehensive HSE policies and procedures aligned with Aramco's stringent standards to ensure operational safety and environmental protection.
Conduct rigorous risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies for all project phases, proactively identifying and addressing potential hazards.
Oversee and manage the Permit to Work (PTW) system, ensuring all high-risk activities are meticulously controlled and authorized.
Lead and coordinate incident investigations, root cause analysis, and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence and drive continuous improvement.
Bachelor's degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Environmental Science, Engineering, or a related field.
NEBOSH International General Certificate (IGC) or equivalent, with a strong preference for NEBOSH International Diploma.
Aramco-approved HSE certifications and a proven track record of managing HSE in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.
Minimum of 10 years of progressive HSE experience in the oil and gas or petrochemical industry, with significant exposure to large-scale projects.
