Job description

Review and record procurement invoices and match them with purchase orders and receipts.
Verify prices, quantities, discounts, and VAT.
Monitor supplier accounts and balances and conduct periodic reconciliations.
Track outstanding invoices and payments due to suppliers.
Manage inventory and ensure accuracy of balances.
Determine required quantities of raw materials and supplies based on consumption and demand from suppliers.
Identify branch needs and monitor the disbursement of required quantities to each branch.
Prepare reports on procurement, inventory, suppliers, and assist in monthly closures.
Organize and file invoices and supporting documents.
