Technical MEP Engineer

Conduct thorough reviews of MEP designs, calculations, and specifications, providing expert technical input to guarantee accuracy, code compliance, and constructability.

Collaborate closely with architects, structural engineers, and contractors, facilitating effective communication and coordination to resolve design conflicts and optimize project outcomes.

Develop and maintain MEP design standards and guidelines, promoting consistency, efficiency, and continuous improvement across all projects.

Possess a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering from a recognized university, providing a solid foundation in engineering principles.

Hold a Professional Engineer (PE) license, demonstrating expertise, experience, and commitment to ethical practice and project success.

Certified in LEED, WELL, or other relevant sustainability certifications, showcasing a dedication to environmentally responsible design and construction.

Minimum of 7 years of progressive experience in MEP design and engineering within the building construction industry, offering a proven track record of successful project delivery.
