MEP Engineer | MEP Supervisor

System Design & Integration: Design and analyze MEP systems for optimal energy efficiency, collaborating seamlessly with architects to integrate systems into overall designs.

Site Execution & Quality Control: Conduct comprehensive site inspections to verify installation quality, ensuring day-to-day site progress aligns with the project schedule and strict safety protocols.

Project Documentation: Prepare detailed technical reports, QA/QC documentation, specifications, and method statements.

Compliance: Ensure all MEP systems strictly adhere to codes, regulations, and design specifications.

Mechanical & Piping: Execution of direct buried chilled water pre-insulated black steel pipes, large-diameter pressurized pipe welding, on-site insulation, and network flushing/chemical treatment.

Pressurized & Gravity Networks: Installation and testing of HDPE (Potable/TSE water) and deep knowledge of storm/sewage gravity networks (GRP, RCP, uPVC).

Electrical Infrastructure: Execution of MV and LV direct buried cabling, plus the installation, testing, and commissioning of Field Transformers and Substations.

MEP Infrastructure Engineers

Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Plumbing Engineering.

Experience: 5+ years of hands-on experience in MEP engineering and large-scale infrastructure projects.

Technical Skills: Proficient in AutoCAD MEP, Revit MEP, and BIM. Strong ability to review shop drawings and manage subcontractor coordination.

Certifications: Professional engineering license, or certification (e.g., LEED AP) indicating expertise in sustainable design is highly preferred.

MEP Infrastructure Supervisors

Education: Diploma in Mechanical/Electrical Engineering or equivalent technical certification.

Experience: Minimum 3 to 5 years of direct on-site supervisory experience in heavy MEP infrastructure.

Leadership Skills: Proven ability to lead construction crews, oversee specialized welders, and manage trenching/pipe-laying and high-voltage installations.
