Retail MEP Managers – KSA Mall Projects

PD Design & Retail Consultancy is looking for experienced Retail MEP Managers to join our team for major mall and retail delivery projects in Saudi Arabia.
We are seeking candidates with strong experience in MEP design review, retail fit-out coordination, site inspections, authority approvals, and tenant delivery within mall or retail environments.

Key Requirements:
✅ Experience in Electrical and/or Mechanical Engineering
✅ Strong technical knowledge of MEP services for retail units
✅ Experience in design, construction, testing, commissioning, and handover
✅ Ability to review MEP drawings, LODs, COP, and technical submissions
✅ Knowledge of Fire & Life Safety systems, local codes, standards, and authority approvals
✅ Ability to coordinate with tenants, consultants, contractors, and landlord/client teams
✅ Strong reporting, communication, and site coordination skills
✅ Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CAD, and project management tools
✅ KSA / GCC retail mall project experience preferred
