Job description
We are currently looking for a Female Network Technician to join our team in Riyadh, KSA.
Key Responsibilities
- Install, configure, and maintain network hardware (routers, switches, firewalls, access points)
- Perform onsite troubleshooting of network issues (LAN/WAN/Wi-Fi connectivity)
- Monitor network performance and ensure optimal uptime
- Support end-users with connectivity-related issues (wired and wireless)
- Handle cabling, patching, and rack management in data centers or office environments
- Coordinate with remote IT teams, vendors, and service providers
- Perform routine maintenance, upgrades, and patching of network devices
- Ensure compliance with security policies and network standards
- Maintain documentation of network configurations, diagrams, and incidents
- Support IT audits and provide necessary reports
- Participate in incident response and root cause analysis
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Diploma/bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field
- 2–5 years of experience in network support or similar role
- Strong knowledge of:
- TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- LAN/WAN technologies
- Wi-Fi technologies and troubleshooting
- Hands-on experience with networking devices (Cisco, HP, Juniper, etc.)
- Basic knowledge of firewalls and network security
- Familiarity with network monitoring tools
- Good troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
