Procurement Specialist

We are looking for a Procurement Specialist who possesses analytical and operational skills, capable of supporting strategic decisions based on data. The responsibilities include:

• Managing procurement operations for green bean purchases from local and international suppliers.
• Researching global and local suppliers, evaluating them, and negotiating to ensure the best quality and cost.
• Overseeing import operations and coordinating with shipping companies to ensure timely deliveries.
• Purchasing coffee equipment (machines, grinders, barista tools) and operational supplies.
• Forecasting demand and analyzing market trends to support purchasing decisions.
• Monitoring inventory levels and ensuring product availability without overstocking.
• Managing purchase orders through the Odoo system.
• Ensuring the accuracy of purchase orders, pricing, and contracts with suppliers.
• Coordinating with the production team to align purchasing strategies with production plans.
• Tracking raw material availability to support production efficiency.
• Evaluating supplier performance based on quality, pricing, and adherence to timelines.
• Preparing periodic analytical reports (costs, inventory, supplier performance) to support management.
• Improving supply chain efficiency and reducing lead times and costs.
• Contributing to the development of long-term purchasing strategies based on data and analysis.
