Machine Operator

On behalf of our client, we are seeking a Machine Operator is responsible for operating plastic manufacturing machines and supporting daily production activities to achieve production targets while maintaining product quality and safety standards. The role involves monitoring machine performance, ensuring proper material handling, and keeping the work area clean and organized. This position is suitable for fresh candidates who are willing to learn and grow within the production environment. Responsibilities: Operate plastic machines according to given instructions Monitor machine performance and report any issues Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards Ensure correct raw materials are used before starting production Maintain cleanliness of machines and work area Follow safety and company policies at all times Support senior technicians during machine setup and startup Handle materials and finished goods safely Requirements Education :Technical college or Plastic institute certificate preferred Fresh graduates are welcome Previous experience in plastic manufacturing factories is preferred.
