Required Polypropylene Strap Machine Operator Technician

Job Description

Reihana Al-Ufuq Factory announces its need for an operation technician specialized in operating Polypropylene strap production machines (Full Automatic PP Strap Machine) using PP500 material.

Requires good knowledge of operations, adjustment, monitoring, and preliminary fault detection, to ensure stable production and high quality.

Tasks and Responsibilities

Operate the Polypropylene (PP Strap) production machine and adjust its settings according to required dimensions.

Monitor production stages from start to final winding, and adjust temperature, speed, and tension.

Continuously inspect product quality during operation and ensure conformity to specifications.

Handle PP500 material, ensure its optimal use, and minimize waste.

Address minor malfunctions and stop the machine when needed to alert the maintenance team.

Clean the machine daily and maintain a safe and clean work environment.

Record daily operational data and submit brief reports to the supervisor.

Cooperate with the production team to achieve the highest levels of productivity.

Requirements

Previous experience in operating plastic machinery, preferably PP Strap machines or Extrusion machines.

Good knowledge of PP materials (especially PP500) and their processing methods during operation.

Ability to adjust temperatures, speeds, cooling, and quality standards.

Ability to handle initial machine malfunctions before referring them to maintenance.

Ability to work in an industrial operational environment and handle work pressure.

High discipline and attention to detail and work quality.

Preference for experience in similar factories producing polypropylene straps.
