Unit Supervisor (Engineer)

Oversee the planning, execution, and delivery of engineering projects, ensuring adherence to scope, budget, and timelines.

Implement and enforce rigorous quality control measures and best practices throughout the engineering lifecycle.

Troubleshoot complex technical issues, providing expert guidance and innovative solutions to overcome challenges.

Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or relevant discipline) from an accredited institution.

Minimum of 10 years of progressive experience in engineering, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.

Professional Engineer (PE) license or equivalent certification is highly desirable.
