Restaurant Project Manager

As the Restaurant Project Manager, you will be the driving force behind our aggressive growth strategy. You will oversee the entire pre-opening lifecycle, ensuring each brand transition from concept to doors open is seamless and on schedule.

• Pre-Opening Leadership: Manage all phases of restaurant launches, including site readiness, vendor coordination, and operational setup.
• Brand Management: Maintain the high standards of our well-known casual and luxury franchise partners.
• Strategic Execution: Navigate the complexities of the Saudi market to deliver projects on time and within budget.
• Expansion Oversight: Support a pipeline of 10+ upcoming openings across the region.

You must have hands-on experience launching restaurants specifically within Saudi Arabia and a deep understanding of local requirements.

• KSA Pre-Opening Experience: A must.
• Language Skills: An Arabic speaker is preferred to facilitate smooth communication with local stakeholders and authorities.
• Industry Versatility: Experience across various service levels, from casual dining to upscale and luxury environments.
