We are looking for an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead the Human Resources function for a leading manufacturing company in Saudi Arabia. Candidates with a strong background in the manufacturing sector, particularly the plastic industry, and solid expertise in Saudization and Saudi labor regulations are encouraged to apply.
Key Highlights
- 8–12+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3–5 years as an HR Manager.
- Mandatory experience in the Manufacturing industry; Plastic industry experience is highly preferred.
- Strong expertise in Saudization (Localization) and Nitaqat compliance.
- Hands-on experience with Saudi government platforms: Qiwa, Mudad, GOSI, Muqeem, MHRSD, Taqat (Balady is an advantage).
- In-depth knowledge of Saudi Labor Law and HR compliance requirements.
- Proven experience in end-to-end recruitment and talent acquisition.
- Strong background in workforce planning, organizational development, and succession planning.
- Experience managing employee relations, disciplinary processes, and performance management.
- Expertise in compensation & benefits, payroll administration, and HR policies.
- Ability to design and implement training, leadership development, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Strong leadership, stakeholder management, and communication skills.
- Experience working with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office applications.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (Master's degree is a plus).
- Professional HR certifications such as CIPD, SHRM, PHRi, or SPHRi are preferred.
- Fluency in Arabic and English is required.
