Architectural engineer

• Implements activities for developing detailed plans for each project according to the specified timelines and ensures necessary actions are taken to minimize delays in project execution.

• Coordinates with contractors and suppliers in executing all project activities across all stages, considering utmost precision and referring to the project manager for approval when modifying any plan.

• Supervises the attendance of subordinates on the project, and monitors, evaluates, and corrects their performance.

• Ensures good performance and technical execution, speed of production, and distribution of workers in line with the project plan.

• Ensures project execution according to engineering drawings and specified measurements.

• Receives project stages in detail from contractors and ensures delivery according to specifications and professional standards.

• Approves contractors for project works.

• Prepares necessary architectural drawings for the project.

• Conducts technical studies and feasibility studies, and develops plans that meet technical specifications.

• Evaluates potential risks and determines materials and costs.

• Monitors the project in all aspects and prevents waste in material usage.

• Prepares daily, weekly, and monthly project progress reports and submits them to the direct manager and then to management.

• Reports and finds solutions for any dangerous or incorrect practices in or around the project that could negatively impact project progress performance.

• Approves daily work schedules for workers and contractors.

• Represents the company in the best manner before the public and government inspection authorities, with the necessity to report any visiting government inspector such as from municipalities, secretariats, civil defense, etc.

• Ensures the provision of necessary equipment for each project stage within the specified time coordination according to the project plan with the direct manager and project engineer.

• Being consistently present during the project consultant's visits, carefully recording their observations, discussing them with the project engineer and the relevant party, and working swiftly and meticulously to resolve them using best practices.

• Approves monthly project materials and consumption quantities.

• Takes initiative and executes any tasks requested within the scope of his work.

Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Architectural Engineering

• Experience not less than (5) years in supervising construction projects

• Proficiency in English and Arabic, spoken and written

• Ability to plan efficiently and with high accuracy

• Ability to arrange project stages and organize required tasks for the team according to their capabilities.

• Logical and analytical thinking, enabling problem-solving with minimal costs, fastest time, and a scientific approach.

• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

• Excellent communication skills, especially with the public, clients, inspectors, and project workers.
