Architectural / Civil Engineer - Project Manager

Career Objective:

To lead and manage residential projects from both architectural and administrative perspectives, ensuring their execution according to the highest quality standards and adherence to schedules and approved budgets, in alignment with the company's strategy.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities:

• Project Management: Prepare the comprehensive project plan (scope, time, cost, quality), monitor progress, and manage risks.
• Architectural Supervision: Review and approve drawings and coordinate with consultants (structural, electrical, mechanical).
• Contractor Management: Evaluate the performance of contractors and suppliers, review payment applications, and resolve technical site issues.
• Quality and Cost Control: Monitor implementation according to the Saudi Building Code, track the budget, and prepare periodic reports.
• Coordination and Communication: Represent the company in meetings with government entities and consultants, and submit reports to senior management.

Required Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Architecture or Civil Engineering.
• Experience: Minimum 4 - 10 years of experience in managing residential projects.
• Previous experience in real estate development projects or residential communities.

Skills

• Proficiency in project management software (MS Project / Primavera).
• Knowledge of the Saudi Building Code and real estate development regulations.
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities, with excellent negotiation skills.
