- Identify new business opportunities within industrial services, including oil & gas, petrochemical
plants, refineries, power plants, and industrial facilities.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with end users, EPC contractors, project owners, and
key decision-makers in the Eastern Province.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify upcoming projects, shutdowns, and
maintenance campaigns.
- Support prequalification (PQ), vendor registration, and client approval processes (e.g., Aramco,
SABIC, SEC, EPCs).
- Coordinate preparation of technical and commercial proposals, tenders, and RFQs in coordination
with operations, estimation, and finance teams.
- Participate in negotiations and commercial discussions to support contract awards and long-term
agreements (LTAs).
- Track opportunities, client communications, and tender status using CRM or internal tracking
systems.
- Attend client meetings, site visits, industry events, and networking activities as required.
- Prepare weekly and monthly business development reports, forecasts, and pipeline updates for
management.
Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and Saudi regulations.
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Engineering, Marketing, or related field.
3–5 years of business development or commercial experience in industrial services within Saudi
Arabia (Eastern Province experience strongly preferred).
- Proven exposure to oil & gas or industrial projects.
- Familiarity with tendering processes, contract structures, and industrial client requirements.
Skills & Competencies
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
- Good understanding of Eastern Province industrial market dynamics.
- Commercial awareness with basic financial and costing knowledge.
- Strong presentation and proposal-writing skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint); CRM experience is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and meet targets under pressure.
